The traditional Japanese old house, Izumi Ann, can be rented as space for various purposes just like private party, private restaurant, cultural event, exhibitions, workshops, etc.

① By the hour rental: JPY 4,000/hour (9:00 - 18:00)

② In the morning rental (9:00 - 12:00): JPY 9,000

③ In the afternoon rental (13:00 - 18:00): JPY 15,000

④ 1 day rental (9:00 - 18:00): JPY 22,000 yen

* Rental time includes loading and unloading time.

* If you need to bring your stuff on the day before,

please contact us in advance.

*There is no parking space at Izumi Ann. Please use the metered

parking nearby (30 seconds by walk)
